Airport Fees
Not included. The cost is $20.00 per person, applicable to both Ecuadorian and foreign travelers.
Galápagos National Park Entrance Fee
Not included. The cost is $30.00 per person for Ecuadorians and $200.00 per person for foreign visitors.
Meals
Lunches and dinners are not included.
Reservations
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 20 days before arrival to reconfirm services.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer and payment link (Visa & Mastercard) with a 2,9% surcharge, another cards in the worldwide (2,2-3,9%).
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be considered in extreme cases, such as a passenger being in a coma (100%)
- If a passenger is unable to travel for any other reason, a 20% refund will be applied from Day 1 onwards.
Reservation Changes
- Changes are allowed free of charge, except for flights, as long as they are requested at least 20 days in advance and are subject to availability.
- For flight ticket modifications, the passenger is responsible for covering any additional costs associated with the change.
Invoice Policy
- If an invoice is required, VAT (15%) will be applied only to taxable amounts, which represent approximately 50% of the total cost.
- The remaining amount will be invoiced with 0% VAT (for Ecuadorian travelers).
- For foreign travelers, the entire invoice will be issued with 0% VAT.

We strongly recommend traveling with travel insurance. We can provide insurance quotes up to 5 days before departure, upon request.
